BRAINFOREST AI
An open letter

To CEOs who are about to spend on AI.

I am writing this to reach one kind of person: the owner of a company doing five million or more who has been pitched AI three times this quarter and cannot tell which pitch is real.

Every one of those pitches told you where AI pays. Not one told you where it will fail.

The problem isn't AI. It's what you point it at.

AI doesn't fix a broken process. It runs it faster. Estimates that were wrong get wrong at scale. Handoffs that were informal get automated as they are. Numbers nobody owned still have no owner, now with a dashboard.

So before you spend, you need two answers. Where AI would actually pay in your company. And where it will fail first.

I built a 20-minute diagnostic that gives you both, from your own numbers, against benchmarks it names. It will not print a figure it cannot source. Where you cannot state a number, the report says so instead of inventing one. You get a board-level report and an hour with me walking through it.

I am not going to tell you how many companies use it or how much money we raised. I am going to tell you it will not lie to you, and that if it finds nothing you can act on Monday, you have lost twenty minutes.

Three founding seats, no charge, for owners willing to tell me what is wrong with it. Three remaining.
